Terms & Conditions

  • Once you submit your booking request, please await a confirmation email. The So Thai Spa team will get back to you promptly.

  • Booking requests submitted after 10:00 PM will be responded to by 9:00 AM the next day.

  • We accept card payments but do not accept American Express.

  • +3% Surcharge for Card Payments, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes late or more without inform us, your booking will be considered as cancelled.

  • In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance.
